You can reach us via form, WhatsApp, or email. We respond within 24 hours with a no-obligation initial assessment. We like to know the details: event type, number of guests, date, and any ideas you have in mind.

Proposal Design

We prepare a tailored proposal: suggested collections, personalization options, quantities, and timelines adapted to your event.

The proposal includes a curated selection of pieces, customization options, tiered pricing, and a production timeline tailored to your date. Everything personalized for your event, not a generic catalog.

Selection and Personalization

Together we define every detail: the collection, the finishes, the engravings, the messages. Each piece is personalized for your specific event.

In this phase we define every aspect together: engraving typography, messages, colors, packaging. For orders over 15 units, we produce a physical sample for your approval before starting full production.

Production & Personalization

Our team produces each piece with the attention to detail that defines Aurmonic. Quality without compromise.

Each piece is individually customized at our facility. The process includes engraving, piece-by-piece quality control, and packaging. You will receive status updates on your tracking portal.

Delivery for the Event

The pieces arrive ready and packaged to integrate seamlessly into your event. Punctual, impeccable, memorable.

Shipping includes full tracking and insurance. You will receive a tracking number to monitor delivery in real time. Pieces arrive protected and ready for your event.

Delivery timelines

Production & shipping by volume

Every order is unique and requires its own production and personalization time. Plan ahead to ensure a perfect delivery on your date.

1 – 10 units 2.5 – 3 weeks

Small, personalised orders. Ideal for exclusive gifts or samples.

10 – 50 units 4.5 weeks – 2 months

Mid-volume for intimate events, select weddings or corporate gifts.

50 – 100 units 1.5 – 3 months

Large orders for notable events. Batch production coordination and quality control.

100 – 300 units 2.5 – 4 months

Large events, conventions or scaled production. Full logistics coordination.

300+ units 3 – 6 months

Mass production with extended planning. Comprehensive logistics coordination and phased deliveries.

Initial design

You receive a visual proposal of the engraving and layout. You can request up to 2 adjustments at no additional cost.

Physical sample

For orders of 15 units or more, we produce a real sample for your approval before full production.

Additional revisions

If you need changes beyond those included, we inform you of the cost and timeline before proceeding. No surprises.

Reduced timelines

Rush orders

We know that sometimes timelines are tight. We offer accelerated options for when you need the pieces sooner than usual.

Express production

We reduce production timelines by up to 50% with a surcharge of 25-40% depending on urgency and order volume.

Availability

Rush orders are subject to production availability. Contact us as soon as possible to confirm feasibility.

Payment terms

Full transparency

Our payment terms are designed to give you security and flexibility.

50% deposit

Upon confirming the order, 50% of the total quote is paid. This deposit allows us to begin production of your pieces.

Remaining 50% on delivery

The remaining balance is paid before shipping, once the pieces are ready and approved.

Accepted methods

We accept bank transfer, Bizum, and card payment. For corporate orders, we offer invoicing with agreed terms.
