Returns and Refunds Policy

At Aurmonic, all our pieces are personalized and made to order. This policy describes the return and refund conditions applicable to our products and services.

Personalized products — Withdrawal right exclusion

In accordance with Article 103 of the Spanish General Consumer Protection Law (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), personalized products or those manufactured according to consumer specifications are excluded from the right of withdrawal. As these are personalized products, the customer accepts that the right of withdrawal does not apply.

  • Pieces engraved with custom texts, names, dates or other personalizations cannot be returned due to change of mind
  • Confirmed orders in production cannot be cancelled
  • The 14-day withdrawal period does not apply to made-to-order products
  • By confirming the order, the customer accepts these conditions

Manufacturing defects

Except for manufacturing defects or order errors, returns are not accepted. If you receive a piece with manufacturing defects (engraving errors, material damage or evident production defects), Aurmonic commits to:

  • Replace the defective piece at no additional cost
  • Provide a full refund if replacement is not possible
  • Cover return shipping costs in case of confirmed defect

Order errors

If the received order does not match the confirmed specifications (incorrect engraving text, wrong product or incorrect quantity), please contact us immediately. Aurmonic assumes full responsibility for our own errors in order execution.

Claims process

To file a claim for manufacturing defects or order errors, follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving the order
  • Send an email to custom@aurmonic.com with your request number (AUR-XXXX) and photographs of the issue
  • Our team will review your case and respond within a maximum of 48 business hours
  • Do not return any piece without first receiving instructions from our team

Refund conditions

In case of an approved refund due to manufacturing defect or order error:

  • The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase
  • The refund period is 14 calendar days from approval
  • Original shipping costs will be included in the refund only if the error was Aurmonic's responsibility
